Change of company name

We would like to inform you that as result of trust KOLEKTOR's policy, the name of the company SINABIT, d.o.o. has been changed to KOLEKTOR SINABIT d.o.o on 26th November 2007.

This name change does not affect on any other legal entity, therefore all other data like bank accounts, company register, VAT no., office address, etc., remain unchanged.

Sinabit and Synatec together at AIG’07 (11-12-april 2007)

Together with Synatec we will present our solutions in collaboration with electronic and electrotechnical equipment. Sinabit and Synatec are both members of Kolektor Group trust, each specialized in different production program. In spite of diversity both companies try to achieve a synergetic effect and act as a tightly interconnected entity with high technology development and programs.

First presentation of Sinabit at IFAM 2007 Exhibition (31-january - 2-february 2007)

Sinabit , a leading provider of complete engineering solutions for various technological groups, was presented for the first time at international trade fair of automation and mechatronic –IFAM 2007, from 31th to 2nd of February in Celje, Slovenia.

New sinergies in Sinabit (1 - january 2007)

On 1st of January 2007, the companies Synatec (Systems Automation and Informatization programme), Abit, Aron inženiring and Vran inženiring have concluded an agreement on strategic partnership and have merged into a company named Sinabit. This important step was taken with the intention of creating synergies in carrying out complete automation and informatization projects to the satisfaction of our clients which will aid us in the long-term in building up a strong position on the regional market and allow for expansion onto international markets. Through the new name, we desire to express our potential in managing the wide spectre of knowledge possessed by the merged companies in the areas of technology, services and equipment for the automation and informatization needs of various branches of industry.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Abit announce strategic partnership

Through many years of efforts, ABIT has established a good leading positions in automation and informatization solutions for industry, the energy sector, buildings and municipal infrastructure. As a system integrator Abit developed and implemented MES solutions in various industrial branches and will continue to provide multiple value-added solutions and services to meet customer needs in different areas. Through the strategic partnership with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly known as Microsoft Navision), Abit expects to further create synergy in developing MES solutions for all – existent and new - Navision customers in Slovenia and Balkan area. The partnership will enter the high development and customization of MES solutions for industrial customers.

Abit at the Paper Industry Symposium

Abit presented itself together with company Jale from Sarajevo at the 12. International Symposium in Zlatibor, Serbia. The symposium took place from June 20 – 23 and assembled more than hundred representatives of paper industry from the Eastern Europe, who listened with interest to Abit’s presentation “The numerous advantages of the automation and the informatization of the production”.
